Spring 2026 Newsletter

Hi Beauty,

I've been thinking about you.

It's been a while since we've connected, and I just wanted to reach out with a genuine hello.

This is the very first issue of The Lifted Face Newsletter — and I promise to keep it simple. You'll hear from me seasonally: a little education, something new, and always something useful. No inbox clutter. Just a thoughtful check-in, 4ish times a year.

I started The Lifted Face because I believe in a slower, more intentional approach to beauty — one that works with your face, not against it. And lately, I've been getting so many great questions from people just like you. Things like:

"Can facial massage really reduce puffiness and improve circulation?"

Yes — and beautifully so. Techniques like lymphatic drainage and facial sculpting encourage blood flow, move stagnant fluid, and bring a natural glow back to the skin. No needles. No downtime.

"What's buccal massage, and is it worth it?"

Buccal massage works from both the outside and inside of the mouth to release deep tension in the jaw and facial muscles. It's one of the most effective non-surgical ways to soften fine lines, restore facial symmetry, and relax the face from the inside out.

If you've haven’t experienced my work yet and are curious about any of this, I have something new I think you'll love...

Introducing: The 30-Minute In-Person Consultation — $30

This is a calm, unhurried space just for you — to talk through what you're noticing in your face, how stress or tension may be showing up, and which treatments or skincare options might best support you right now.

It's conversational. It's educational. It's not a treatment — it's a starting point.

And your $30 is never lost. It applies in full toward:

• A Lifted Face service booked the same day, or

• A skincare purchase following your consultation

Perfect if you're new to my work, curious about a specific concern, or simply want a more personal way to begin.

From the Land — A Peek at What's Growing

Between sessions in the treatment room, you'll often find me out on my farm in Newtown — tending, planting, and waiting on things that can't be rushed.

Right now, the chamomile is in full bloom — its soft, honey-sweet scent filling the garden. The calendula has just made its way out of the greenhouse and into the ground, soaking up the sun. And we are patiently waiting — as you do — for the lavender and rose petals to appear.

These aren't just pretty plants. Each one is being grown with intention, to be woven into the work we do together. They'll find their way into a facial oil I'm crafting, and into a botanical add-on treatment I'm developing for the studio — something I can't wait to share with you as the garden comes into full bloom.

If you want to follow along as it all unfolds — the garden, the process, the little behind-the-scenes moments — come find me on Instagram. I share it all there first. 🌸

One of the things I love most about this work is that what I make can be tailored specifically to you — your skin, your needs, this season of your life. There is something very special about that.
